Employee Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a HR Engagement Specialist with interpersonal skills to strategise and spearhead the employee engagement, R&R and talent engagement for peoplecom’s client organisation.

A company dedicated to take creative communication of the brands to the next level, be it communicating with the employees or with consumers, we strive to bring out the message with impact and filled with creativity. We share a passion for the power of engagement and work together with employer and brands to achieve results. We work with HR Professionals create strategies to engage their internal customers and design delightful communication campaigns which will run across platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Playing a key role in the development and planning of employee engagement strategies to our clients.  Developing, implementing and analysing results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives to increase client’s organisational improvement.  Conceptualise and develop strategies for learning organisation and executing them for our clients. Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong planning and organising  skills including managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Enthusiasm and highly driven.
